Connectors The use of plastic connectors is very common in the automotive, computer and electronic communications industries. Compared with ordinary plastic parts, automotive connectors mainly have the following characteristics.

1) The wall thickness specification is small, generally only 0.4~0.8mm.

(2) The internal and external structure is complex, especially the pin holes are many, dense and small, and the distance between holes is only 0.5~1mm.

(3) The demoulding slope is small, the specification accuracy is high, and the tolerance level reaches MT1~MT2.
