Plastic bottle cap molding method

1.Compression molded bottle cap production process

Put the mixed material into the compression molding machine, heat the material to about 170 degrees Celsius in the machine to become a semi-plasticized state, and extrude the material quantitatively into the mold.

2.Injection bottle cap production process

Put the mixed material into the injection molding machine, heat the material to about 230 degrees Celsius in the machine to become a semi-plasticized state, inject it into the mold cavity through pressure, and cool and shape.
The bottle cap cooling shrinkage mold rotates counterclockwise, and the bottle cap is pushed out under the action of the push plate, so that the bottle cap automatically falls off. The use of thread rotation to demould can ensure the complete formation of the entire thread, which can effectively avoid the deformation and scratching of the bottle cap. hurt.

The difference between compression molded bottle caps and injection molded bottle caps:

  1. Compression molded bottle caps have no sprue marks and look more beautiful. They have low processing temperature, small shrinkage, and more accurate cap dimensions; while injection molded bottle caps will leave gate marks at the center of the surface of the cap body.
  2. Bridge form: The injection molded cover bridge is one-time injection molded, and there is a 0.3-0.5mm gap between the anti-theft ring and the cover body; the compression molded cover bridge is formed by secondary tangent processing, and there is almost no gap between the anti-theft ring and the cover body.
