A small lipstick requires a lot of changes due to its own characteristics, and it directly acts on the lips, the oral organ of the human body. It also requires relatively high accuracy and stability during use in order to achieve a delicate and perfect makeup. Therefore, in the cosmetic packaging industry, there is a general understanding that lipstick tubes are the most complex and difficult of all cosmetic packaging materials. In order to match the product characteristics of different lipsticks, lipstick tubes can be divided into the following categories:
(1) From the structure of the main mechanical components, it is divided into two types (mainly referring to the functional structure of the middle beam core): bead screw structure and rotary rod structure.
The structure of the bead screw is shown in Figure 1 above. It is generally a double helix structure with a long pitch. The travel distance of the beads after one rotation is large, so it is also called a fast screw. The cup is the part of the cup that is in direct contact with the lipstick body. Fork is the trajectory of beads in a straight direction. Spiral refers to the trajectory of the beads in the upward direction of the spiral. It cooperates with the fork to achieve the purpose of the rotation process and the upward movement of the beads.
(2) According to the size, physical and chemical properties and filling method of the matching lipstick meat, the following is the classification of common lipstick tubes by beads: the inner diameter of beads mainly includes 8.5mm, 8.6mm, 9mm, 9.8mm, 10mm, 11mm, 11.8mm, There are many kinds such as 12mm; the number of ribs of beads mainly includes 4 ribs, 6 ribs and 8 ribs; the shape of beads can be divided into two types: forward pouring and reverse pouring.
Multi-head lipstick packaging is generally a bead-cross-snail structure product, which cleverly uses the main part of the lipstick to extend into a double-bottom interconnected structure. Air-tight lipsticks are generally designed to meet the needs of long-lasting lipstick products. The formula contains highly volatile oils mixed with rich pigments. When the oil evaporates, the pigments remain on the lips. In order to meet the purpose of normal use by consumers within the shelf life, this type of lipstick tube is generally designed with an airtight ring embedded in the cap and middle bundle, which has achieved the purpose of locking the contents and avoiding volatilization.

Lipstick tubes have complex structural components and require many product details; in addition, most of the filling is automatic filling by machines, and the filling processes are different, such as: front filling, post filling, direct filling, loading of lipstick tubes, etc.; plus For example, the combination of different parts, poor tolerance control, or unreasonable design, etc., even if there is an error in the way the lubricant is applied, it will cause shutdown or abnormal function, and these errors are often fatal. Therefore, lipstick tube packaging materials need to be rigorously reviewed and carefully controlled in every aspect of the development, production, quality control, and transportation processes.
